We know this instruction might be confusing, so here are some examples:

“My story…. Hi! My name is Mike. So, I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was in Middle School. My parents thought that all that I was doing was wasting time on the computer, but I was really learning and figured out how to make it work for me. Now, I’m a IT Major in college.”

“My story….My name is Tiffany and I’m a senior in college and I found the perfect ADHD career for me – I’m going to be an Athletic Trainer… no sitting in an office for me!”

“My story…. My name is Jane. I was that kid in class that the teacher kept telling to sit still… now I’m a teacher and am on the move all day long. I also get to help kids who were just like me!”

“My story…. I’m Elena and I’m 31, I think every report card that I ever got had the teacher comment “Little Elena could do better if she just applied herself” Well, I finally stopped trying harder and now work smarter.”

“My story…. Ok, I’ve always known that I see the world differently that my non-ADHD friends and this video will show you just how differently. By the way, I’m Matt and I’m 24.”

“My story…. Hi, I’m Maya. The adults told me I was ADHD when I was a kid, but I never believed it. Then when I was in college and my friends started to make comments, I decided to do something about it. Here’s the story of my journey.”

“My story…. Graham, 41 years old. ADHD effected my family not only on the day when mom forgot to pick me up at school and when my lunch consisted of 2 bags of potato chips and a potato, but on the day that we went on the deck and tie dyed everything in the house that was white and when we took off on a daylong adventure visiting all the animal shelters in our area. Today I am a healthy veterinarian with a great sense of adventure.”

“My story…. My brother has ADHD and it effected our whole family. My name is Danny, I’m 19, and I’ll never forget when I realized that Don wasn’t annoying me just for the fun of it….”
